1. Upon leaving the Comfort Inn, take a R and go 4 blocks to an intersection with Colfax Avenue (please note that the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains is about 12 mi W of Denver)

2. Go R (W) on Colfax Avenue, for ca 1.5 mi

3. Take the on-ramp to N-bound Interstate 25 (I 25)

4. Remain in the R lane of N-bound I 25 for about 1 mi

5. Take the L lane of the off-ramp to W-bound I 70

6. Go several mi WSW on W-bound I 70 to the off-ramp to (W-bound) Colorado Hwy. 58, which is also a 4-lane freeway (This off-ramp occurs just as I 70 is beginning to curve distinctly S-ward and ca 0.2 mi after the off-ramp to Ward Road.)

7. Go W on Hwy. 58 several miles to its end at a signal-light intersection with U.S. Hwy. 6 and Colo. Hwy. 93, on the W side of the town of Golden

8. Go R (N) on Colo. Hwy. 93 about 8 mi to a signal-light intersection with Colo. Hwy. 72

9. Go WNW on Hwy. 72 for barely over 8 mi (halfway between 8.0 mi and 8.1 mi, and about 1/2 mi past a small business district in Coal Creek Canyon) to an intersection, with a L-turn lane, with Ranch Elsie Road (Please note that once you enter Coal Creek Canyon, along Hwy. 72, you are unlikely to have any cell-phone service for the rest of the way to the Cohen residence.)

10. Go L (S) on Ranch Elsie Rd 0.6 mi to a T

11. At the T, go L (E) and then immediately (within 10 m) go R (S) on Hilltop Road (Hilltop Rd. and the roads preceeding it are all asphalt-paved)

12. Go R (W) at the first intersection along Hilltop Rd (that intersection is 0.2 mi from the T and is Hilltop Rd. looping back to itself), and go 0.1 mi, distinctly uphill, to the Cohens' driveway on the R

(On the L side of the road, opposite the end of the driveway, is a blue mailbox with the Cohens' address: 31760 Hilltop Rd.) (The driveway is gravel, almost flat and horizontal, and ca 50 m long; the house is two-storied with a natural-wood exterior.)

(If you miss this turn you will instead drive, via a few R turns, 1.0 mi around the loop before reaching the Cohens' driveway on your L; the loop is 1.1 mi in length.)

13. Please park along the W side of the driveway, so as to leave adequate space for car movement along the E side of the driveway.

(Please note that, despite the warning signs along the driveway, actually all of the 4 large Cohen dogs (3 Siberian Huskies and a Rottweiler) are friendly.)

14. If by chance you get lost after leaving Colo. Hwy. 72, return to Hwy 72 and go R (E; downhill) 1/2 mi to the Sinclair gas station on the S side of the highway, where you can use a land phone to phone (303-642-0952) the Cohen residence for assistance.
