1. Upon leaving the Comfort Inn, take a R and go 4 blocks to an intersection with Colfax Avenue.

2. Go R (W) on Colfax Avenue for ca 1.5 mi.

3. Take the on-ramp to N-bound Interstate Hwy 25 (I 25).

4. Go N on I 25 several mi to the on-ramp to NE-bound I 76.

5. Staying in a R lane so as to avoid unintentionally exiting on N-bound US Hwy 85, go NE on I 76 ca 25.8 mi, to Exit 22: Bromley Ln. (152nd Ave.).

6. Go R (E) on Bromley Ln ca 1.0 mi

7. Go R (S) on Piccadilly Rd. ca 2.0 mi, to the entrance to Barr Lake State Park, on the R.

8. Drive down the entrance road about 100 m to the fee-pay booth, and pay the entrance fee for your vehicle.

9. Bob and Irit will be waiting for you along that road just past the fee-pay booth, in a red 2013 Subaru Forester, and we will lead you to the parking lot where the walk will begin (and where Park’s nature-center building is located).
